Abstract/Description: A recording of a Presentation at AAMD Annual Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There are two lectures on this recording, one given by Bengt Nirje with reactions by Wolf Wolfensberger titled "Application of Systems Technology to Institutional Programming" and the other given by Bengt Nirje titled "Rights of the Retarded."
